the highest level of satisfaction for our customers.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise along with the original reciept to our store within 14 days of purchase. Only exchanges or store credit will be offered, norefunds.

Any merchandise returned must have ALL TAGS ATTACHED, be free of stains and/or odors plus be in new and original condition. Merchandise that is used or worn will not be accepted.

To start an exchange, please contact us at operations@museintimates.com. 

If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send us your package. Items that are sent to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information for any items being shipped to Muse Intimates. Shipping charges are not refundable, and any items sent to Muse Intimates that are not returnable will be sent back to you at your expense.

Store Credit 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be issued a Muse Intimates Gift Card, less the shipping fee. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange and you have not recieved your gift card, please contact us at operations@museintimates.com.

Order Delivery Issues

Upon arrival, please inspect your order for any issues and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

In the event there is any issue with your order, please email us as soon as possible at operations@museintimates.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your item(s) are damaged, please include a photo of the item’s condition, if possible. We will address the issue as soon as possible and will work towards a satisfactory solution for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

All items marked for clearance or sale, worn and/or washed, Nubraor Lelo brands, panties, swimwear, hosiery or special ordered are FINAL sale. No returns allowed. If you have a question about an item, please email us at operations@museintimates.com

Medical Items

All medical items billed to insurance providers are warranted in compliance with Medicare and/or manufacturer guidlines. EXCHANGE OF THESE ITEMS BILLED TO INSURANCE MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE FOR APPROVAL.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Holiday Gifts

For holiday gifts, exchange requests will be accepted on or before January 8 of the new year for exchange or store credit.  

 

Gift Cards

All Gift Cards – purchased or for store credit – are valid for 5 YEARS from the date they were issued.
