We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for store credit in the form of a Muse Intimates Gift Card.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information for any items being shipped to Muse Intimates. Shipping charges are not refundable, and any items sent to Muse Intimates that are not returnable will be sent back to you at your expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Clearance/sale items, gift cards, worn and/or washed items, Nubra, Lelo/personal items, panties, swimwear, hosiery and special orders are FINAL SALE. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Post Mastectomy / Durible Medical Equipment
All medical items billed to insurance are warranted in compliance with Medicare and/or manufacturer guidelines. All medical orders billed to insurance CANNOTbe processed through the online store.
EXCHANGE OF ITEMS BILLED TO INSURANCE MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
For holiday gifts, exchange requests will be accepted on or before January 8 of the new year for exchange or store credit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be issued a Muse Intimates Gift Card less the shipping fee.

All Gift Cards – purchase or store credit – EXPIRE 5 YEARS AFTER DATE OF ISSUE.
